The X-TOUGH bar is the best choice for your Husqvarna chainsaw when strength and durability are top priorities. These bars are used for hard wood species, thick bark, and in very sandy or dusty conditions. The bars are coated with epoxy resin to protect them from scratches and corrosion. The replaceable tip is an optional feature available for some sizes of these bars. You can recognize if the bar has a replaceable tip by the presence of the RSN abbreviation. In the bars with replaceable tip, they have a bearing at the top that facilitates the rotation of the chain, while in those with a fixed tip this bearing is not present.
