Shipping policy

360 Brico by Sarmai Forniture is committed to ensuring fast, secure, and efficient shipping. All orders are entrusted to affiliated couriers (TNT, GLS, BRT, DPD, FedEx, SDA, or other qualified logistics partners) within 24-48 business hours of confirmation of payment of the full amount due, including:

  • the price of the products purchased;

  • shipping costs;

  • any surcharges for locations considered "difficult to reach" by couriers.

Shipping costs

  • Each listing clearly and transparently states the specific shipping costs.

  • If no cost is indicated, shipping is free.

  • Even in the case of free shipping, couriers may apply surcharges for specific areas, such as: smaller islands, the Venice lagoon, Campione d'Italia, and other locations that are difficult to reach.

Delivery

  • Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

  • Unless otherwise requested by the buyer, delivery is understood to be at street level.

  • Once the goods have been entrusted to the courier, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing the shipping details and the tracking number to monitor the delivery status on the carrier's website.

Below is a summary table of average delivery times (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), calculated from the moment the goods are handed over to the courier.

*Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the destination, any customs checks (for non-customs territories), and extraordinary circumstances beyond Sarmai Forniture's control (strikes, adverse weather conditions, national/local holidays).

Checking the goods upon delivery

Upon receipt, the customer is required to carefully check that:

  • the number of packages corresponds to that indicated in the transport document sent by email;

  • the packaging is intact, undamaged, and not wet, and that the sealing materials (adhesive tape, strapping, etc.) have not been tampered with.

In case of anomalies, it is necessary to:

  1. immediately report any damage or discrepancies to the courier, writing "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" on the delivery document;

  2. report any problems relating to the integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the products received to Sarmai Forniture within 5 days of delivery.

Please note: by signing the courier's document without reservation, it will no longer be possible to dispute obvious damage to the packaging or the mismatch of packages.

Stored goods and additional costs

In the event of repeated failure to deliver for reasons not attributable to Sarmai Forniture (e.g., recipient absent, incorrect/incomplete address), the goods will be held in storage by the courier. Any storage or redelivery costs will be charged to the recipient. Tax documents For each order, Sarmai Forniture issues regular tax documentation:

  • tax receipt;

  • invoice upon customer request at the time of purchase.
