Description
The Maxi Flame kit is the most professional of the small autogenous welding systems with non-refillable cylinders. It is mounted on a solid metal stand with a handle for easy handling; the stand is tilted to prevent tipping and is equipped with cylinder locking devices. The flame temperature reaches up to 3100°C (5612°F).

- 1 x B‑M.A.P. cylinder – capacity 1 liter / gas content 420 g; US valve connection CGA 600.
- 1 x G‑OXYGEN cylinder – 1 liter – 110 bar; M12x1 valve connection.
- 1 x G‑NANO oxygen regulator with HP and LP pressure gauge and double-protection check valve.
- 1 x G‑NANO gas regulator with LP pressure gauge and double-protection check valve.
- 2 m hose connections.
- Handle with regulation valves; Integrated double protection valves for oxygen and gas.

Gas Details
B-M.A.P. is a special gas mixture with high calorific value suitable for welding and brazing. The flame temperature can reach up to 3100°C and is 35% faster than propane gas. The B-M.A.P. cylinder is made of steel (built in accordance with EN 12205); Its capacity is 1 liter and holds 420 grams of product – USA CGA 600 valve.
The G‑TEC® line consists of non-refillable, disposable cylinders with a capacity of 0.95 liters. G‑TEC® cylinders are made of carbon steel, in compliance with the EN 12205 standard, and have an operating pressure of 110 bar.
