Machine for processing tomatoes "in passata" ergonomically designed for easy use and good cleaning. Machine body and ring nut in die-cast UNI 50 aluminum, polished for food. Extremely easy to use, completely removable and easily washable, even in the dishwasher. The TS INOX professional tomato press is certified compliant with Machinery Regulation 89/392 and is suitable for all professionals given its high processing capacity: the hourly production is a whopping 370 kg/h. It is equipped with a 220V induction electric motor with a waterproof switch. This machine is equipped with a single-phase asynchronous induction electric motor powered by 220V that develops a maximum power of 0.45 HP. It is mounted directly on the workbench. The drive shaft, made of F37 steel, is connected to the worm screw via a pair of pulleys connected by a V-belt. The transmission also acts as a reduction in engine speed, optimizing the machine's operation.
