The Makita JS3201J is a professional 710W electric shear designed for cutting sheet metal in straight and curved lines, with a minimum outer radius of just 50 mm, making it suitable even for the most precise shaping. Its cutting capabilities cover a wide range of metallic materials: aluminum up to 200 N/mm² (4.0 mm), mild steel up to 400 N/mm² (3.2 mm), stainless steel up to 600 N/mm² (2.5 mm), and stainless steel up to 800 N/mm² (1.5 mm). The 1,600 strokes-per-minute rate ensures a clean, continuous cut without deforming the edges, producing a clean cut starting from the center of the material. The rubber coating on the handle and the ergonomic design reduce fatigue during extended work sessions, while the lock-on button allows for continuous use without having to hold down the trigger. The highly visible sight line allows you to follow the cutting path with precision. The 4-meter cord offers a wide range of motion. Supplied in a MAKPAC Type 2 carrying case with replacement blades and a thickness gauge included. Makita 3-year warranty.
