The LTF 1/50-scale vernier caliper with dual metric and inch scales is the ideal tool for those working in international settings or on technical drawings that use both measurement systems. With a measuring range of 300 mm (12") and a resolution of 0.02 mm (1/128" in inches), it meets the needs of machine shops, mold making, and quality control on large parts. The hardened stainless steel monoblock construction ensures structural rigidity and prevents sagging over time, while the recessed matte chrome scale eliminates reflections and parallax errors that compromise readings in artificially lit work environments. The 90 mm jaws allow for the measurement of large-diameter parts, and the minimum internal measurement of 10 mm ensures versatility even with small holes. The micrometric adjustment mechanism allows for controlled, constant-pressure movement of the slide toward the measurement point without slippage, while the upper screw lock permanently secures the reading.
