• Multidimensional kit for regenerating threads with thread inserts
• METRIC COARSE THREAD M 5x0.8, 6x1, 8x1.25, 10x1.5, 12x1.75

• For each size the kit includes the pre-drill bit, the applicator, the tap, the cutting tool, 25 inserted threads for each size from M5 to M10 and 10 threads for the M12 size
• Stainless steel threads
• The inserted thread is a precision insert that is made by spirally wrapping a rhomboidal metal wire with very high mechanical resistance
• In the spring shape it creates two perfectly concentric threads, one external and one internal: the external one will couple in the hole with the previously made thread while the internal one will accommodate the screw
• The dragging shank, necessary for insertion into the hole, will be removed after assembly using a cutting tool
• The elastic deformation that the thread undergoes when entering the thread determines a force which holds the thread firmly to the walls, preventing any movement
• Taps and pre-drilling bits in HSS-G super-fast steel
• In a metal case with a handle for easy transport
