The Fiskars X21 L is a professional splitting axe designed for those who need to split medium-sized logs with a diameter between 20 and 30 cm quickly, efficiently, and with minimal physical effort. The double-hardened steel wedge blade with a PTFE non-stick coating reduces friction by 25% when pulling the axe out of the wood, while the widened geometry splits the log’s fibers with a single clean strike. The hollow FiberComp™ handle—made of glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide—shifts the axe’s center of gravity completely forward, maximizing the power of the strike without increasing muscular effort. The overmolded monoblock construction system fuses the head directly into the handle: it cannot come apart. The SoftGrip™ 3D handle with a knurled texture and hooked end ensures a secure grip and total control even when wearing wet gloves. At 709 mm long and weighing 1.6 kg, it is perfectly balanced for intensive splitting sessions. Protective sheath with safety lock included. Made in Finland.
