Description
FG16OR16 Multicore Power Cable (600/1,000 V)
Multicore power cable, insulated with high-quality G16 ethylene propylene rubber under an R16 PVC sheath. Complies with the Construction Products Regulation (CPR) and EN and CEI standards for flame propagation. The cores (conductors) are made of flexible, class 5 annealed red copper; high-modulus ethylene propylene rubber insulation; non-hygroscopic filler; R16 PVC outer sheath; core color according to HD 308 standard; Sheath color: gray.
Technical characteristics
- Nominal voltage Uo/U: 0.6/1 kV.
- Maximum operating temperature: 90°C.
- Minimum operating temperature: −15°C (in the absence of mechanical stress); minimum installation temperature: 0°C.
- Maximum short-circuit temperature: 250°C up to a cross-section of 240 mm²; over 220°C.
- Maximum tensile stress: 50 N/mm².
- Minimum bending radius: 4 times the maximum external diameter.
Conditions of use: Cables intended for power supply in construction and civil engineering projects, to limit the production and spread of fire and smoke. Suitable for indoor installation, even in wet areas, or outdoors, on walls and metal structures in open air, in pipes or conduits or similar systems. Underground installation is also permitted.
