Fervi P001/30 Manual Hydraulic Press
The Fervi P001/30 manual hydraulic press is the 30-ton capacity solution for pressing metal objects or similar materials, such as during the assembly of mechanical units or the shrink-fitting of bearings. The maximum pressing force is 294 kN and can be managed via a two-speed pump to ensure maximum control and safety at all times. It is supplied disassembled, with a pallet and support base, as well as various safety devices. The hydraulic press's pressure gauge is located on the top of the frame and measures internal pressure before and during pressing, allowing the operator to monitor the level and adjust it accordingly. The locking pins are positioned on the sides of the columns and keep the bed and pressing surface stable and secure. Furthermore, the manual hydraulic press features special protection for the oil line: the pipe is protected by a burst-proof steel wire to minimize the risk of explosion, as required by the UNI EN 693/2009 standard. To further reduce this risk, an overpressure valve vents excess pressure to maintain a constant pressure level. The manual hydraulic press is equipped with an identification plate with the serial number and maximum capacity, as well as several informational pictograms on proper safety practices.
