The DeWalt DCG405P2T is a 125mm cordless angle grinder designed for professional applications such as cutting, grinding, sanding, and metal brushing. The brushless motor delivers 800W of power at 9,000 RPM under no-load conditions, ensuring longer runtime and less wear compared to traditional brushed motors. The Kickback Brake™ system engages with maximum force in the event of a jam, stall, or disc lockup, quickly stopping the disc and reducing the tool’s movement toward the operator, while the electronic clutch limits the kickback transmitted in the event of a jam. The soft-start function prevents initial jerking, which is particularly useful in tight spaces, and the No-Volt system prevents accidental restarting after a power outage. The lightweight design at 1.74 kg (without battery) and the anti-vibration side handle with rubber overmolding ensure control and comfort even during extended use. The kit includes 2 18V XR Li-Ion 5.0Ah batteries with charge indicators, a universal battery charger, and a TSTAK case for transport and organization.
